Preparation (Serve 6)Total Calories Per Serving: 428 kcal

[1234 Calories]     1 kilogram of pork ribs, with bone and fat

[102 Calories]       1 packet of New Moon Bak Kut Teh Herbal (40g)

[0 Calories]           2 - 3 bulbs of garlic (assume not eating)

[0 Calories]           1500ml water

[205 Calories]       1 bowl of long grain cooked 80% white 20% brown rice (160g) 

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Blanch meat in boiling water for about 1 minute and drain.

2. Add 1500ml of water, 2 - 3 bulbs of garlic and New Moon Bak Kut Teh Herbal into the pot.

3. Bring to boil

4. Lower heat and simmer for 60 minutes.

5. Serve hot with Mixed Rice.
