[1588 Calories]     3 cups of washed raw white long grain rice

[232 Calories]       1 packet New Moon Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste (120g)

[181 Calories]       195g skinless chicken thigh meat

[12 Calories]         30g of cucumber sliced raw and peeled 

 

Soup Ingredients To Boil Chicken Meat (Excluded From Calorie Count)

3 tablespoons of salt

2 tablespoons of sesame oil

2 large stalks of spring onion

8 pieces of 0.5cm sliced ginger

4 cloves of lightly crushed garlic

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix 1 packet of New Moon Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste with 3 cups of raw white long grain rice in a rice cooker

2. Place 3 knotted leaves of pandan into the rice cooker and start cooking

3. Place a fresh pot onto the stove and start preparing the chicken soup by bringing the chicken soup ingredients to boil 

4. Once the soup is boiling add the chicken meat into the soup and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked

5. Remove and cool chicken in ice water for 15 minutes

6. Drain, cut and serve chicken with a drizzle of soup and light soya sauce to taste

7. Once rice is cook, soup the rice from the rice cooker into a bowl / plate

8. Ready to serve

[0 Calories]         200ml water

[416 Calories]     1 packet New Moon Rendang Paste (120g)

[483 Calories]     400g boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat

[144 Calories]     48g 100% whole wheat flour tortillas

[4 Calories]     30g lettuce. iceberg, raw and shredded

[9 Calories]     50g tomatoes (diced)

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Add 200ml of water and 1 packet of New Moon Redang Paste into a pot and mix well

2. Add 400g of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into the pot

3. Bring the ingredients in the pot to boil for 1 minute

4. Lower heat and simmer the pot for 20 - 25 minutes

5. Place a serving of Rendang Chicken in the center of the tortilla wrap

6. Add some lettuce (shredded) and tomatoes (diced)

7. Fold the tortilla and start wrapping the ingredients

8. Ready to serve
