New Moon Sambal Prawn Recipe

Preparation


  • 450g prawn (shelled) / squid (cleaned & cut)
  • 1 packet New Moon Sambal Tumis Paste
  • 40g lady finger (sliced)
  • 150g small tomato (cut into wedges)
  • 40ml water
  • 2 tablespoons New Moon Pure Olive Oil (30ml)

Cooking Instructions


  1. Heat New Moon Pure Olive Oil in wok, stir-fry lady finger and prawn / squid for about 3 minutes until almost cooked.
  2. Add New Moon Sambal Tumis Paste and water.
  3. Fry for 5 minutes until well mixed. Add in tomatoes when ready to serve.
