New Moon Chicken Curry Recipe

Preparation


  • 600g chicken meat
  • 1 packet New Moon Chicken Curry Paste 250g potato (peeled and cubed)
  • 800ml water
  • 200ml coconut milk / yoghurt / fresh milk (OPTIONAL )
  • 2 pcs Turkey Sausage, sliced into 1 cm pieces
  • 2 tsp New Moon Premium Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp New Moon Premium Corn Oil
  • 85gm Snow Peas, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 40gm Red Onion, diced
  • 2 cubes Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 40gm Garnish Coriander

Cooking Instructions


  1. Put all ingredients into pot and mix well. Bring to boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer approximately 25 minutes until cooked.
  3. Add coconut milk / yoghurt milk / fresh milk
  4. Mix well. Ready to serve.
