Preparation


  • [0 Calories] 200ml water
  • [416 Calories] 1 packet New Moon Rendang Paste (120g)
  • [483 Calories] 400g boneless, skinless chicken thigh meat
  • [144 Calories] 48g 100% whole wheat flour tortillas
  • [4 Calories] 30g lettuce. iceberg, raw and shredded
  • [9 Calories] 50g tomatoes (diced)

Cooking Instructions


  1. Add 200ml of water and 1 packet of New Moon Redang Paste into a pot and mix well
  2. Add 400g of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into the pot
  3. Bring the ingredients in the pot to boil for 1 minute
  4. Lower heat and simmer the pot for 20 - 25 minutes
  5. Place a serving of Rendang Chicken in the center of the tortilla wrap
  6. Add some lettuce (shredded) and tomatoes (diced)
  7. Fold the tortilla and start wrapping the ingredients
  8. Ready to serve
