New Moon Rendang Chicken

Preparation (Serve 4-6):

400g chicken or meat of your choice
1 packet New Moon Rendang Paste
200ml water

Cooking Instructions:

1. Put all ingredients into the wok and mix well. Bring to boil for 2 minutes.
2. Lower the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until chicken / meat is cooked.
3. Stir occasionally till meat is cooked and sauce is thick / dried up till desired dryness.
4. Ready to serve.




New Moon Sambal Prawn Recipe

Preparation (Serve 4-6):

450g prawn (shelled) / squid (cleaned & cut)
1 packet New Moon Sambal Tumis Paste
40g lady finger (sliced)
150g small tomato (cut into wedges)
40ml water
2 tablespoons New Moon Pure Olive Oil (30ml)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat New Moon Pure Olive Oil in wok, stir-fry lady finger and prawn / squid for about 3 minutes until
    almost cooked.
2. Add New Moon Sambal Tumis Paste and water.
3. Fry for 5 minutes until well mixed. Add in tomatoes when ready to serve.
