[205 Calories]       1 bowl of long grain cooked 80% white 20% brown rice (160g)

[256 Calories]       1 packet New Moon Fish Curry Paste (120g)

[36 Calories]         200g of tomatoes, cut into quarters

[33 Calories]         100g of ladyfingers (okra), cut into thick slices

[25 Calories]         100g of brinjal (eggplant), cut into large chunks 

[500 Calories]       500g of fish fillet (Snapper; mixed species)

[0 Calories]           350ml of water

[99 Calories]         50ml of coconut milk  

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Stir-fry the curry paste and vegetables in a pot for 2 - 3 minutes

2. Add water and fish, mix and bring to boil

3. Lower heat and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes until ingredients are cooked

4. Add coconut milk and mix well

5. Ready to serve

[1588 Calories]     3 cups of washed raw white long grain rice

[232 Calories]       1 packet New Moon Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste (120g)

[181 Calories]       195g skinless chicken thigh meat

[12 Calories]         30g of cucumber sliced raw and peeled 

 

Soup Ingredients To Boil Chicken Meat (Excluded From Calorie Count)

3 tablespoons of salt

2 tablespoons of sesame oil

2 large stalks of spring onion

8 pieces of 0.5cm sliced ginger

4 cloves of lightly crushed garlic

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix 1 packet of New Moon Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste with 3 cups of raw white long grain rice in a rice cooker

2. Place 3 knotted leaves of pandan into the rice cooker and start cooking

3. Place a fresh pot onto the stove and start preparing the chicken soup by bringing the chicken soup ingredients to boil 

4. Once the soup is boiling add the chicken meat into the soup and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked

5. Remove and cool chicken in ice water for 15 minutes

6. Drain, cut and serve chicken with a drizzle of soup and light soya sauce to taste

7. Once rice is cook, soup the rice from the rice cooker into a bowl / plate

8. Ready to serve
