[44 Calories]           1 packet New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional (30g)

[1234 Calories]       Pork Ribs with bone and fat (1kg)

[0 Calories]             12 cloves of garlic, lightly crushed (assume not consuming)

[0 Calories]             Water (2 Litres)

[205 Calories]         Mee Sua - Uncooked (60g)

[6 Calories]             Lettuce x 3 pieces, raw (40g)

 

Cooking Instructions:

1. Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove and drain.

2. Bring to boil 2 litres of water and add the blanched ribs, garlic and New Moon Bak Kut Teh Spices (remove filter bag - Chef Recommendation) into the pot.

3. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.

4. Remove the pork ribs and add mee sua into the boiling soup.

5. Cook for 30 seconds or until mee sua are cooked.

6. Place some raw lettuce, pork ribs and noodles in a bowl, pous some hot soup over.

7. Ready to serve.

[380 Calories]         Shrimp / Prawn without shell (400g)

[37 Calories]           Capsicum green, yellow and red (150g)

[10 Calories]           5 whole canned button mushrooms, sliced

Cooking Instructions:

1. Marinade 10g (approxmately 1 tablespoon) of New Moon Black Pepper Spice with Prawns for 15 minutes

2. Mix water with 20g (approximately 2 tablespoons) of New Moon Black Pepper Spice and sugar. Set water-pepper

    mixture aside

3. Sauté 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil with capsicums until fragrant and set capsicum aside.

4. Using the same pan, sauté garlic with 2 tablespoons of canola oil until garlic is lightly golden brown.

5. Add onion and prawns. Sauté until aromatic.

6. Turn off heat, add capsicums, mix well.

7. Ready to serve.
