1.      What is the NewMoon Loyalty Rewards Programme about?

At New Moon, we believe in appreciating our customer with rewards.

This is just our way of saying THANK YOU for being our valued customer. Simply register an account now and start accumulating your points!

2.       Who will qualify for New Moon Points Programme?

a.      Register an account or log in your account when you make a purchase

b.      Every dollar you spend using the account will earn you 1 New Moon Point. Decimal amount caused by discounts would be round up to the nearest whole number for point crediting.

c.      You can use the points earned to redeem New Moon products or a Shopping Voucher to discount your next purchase
 

3.       How do I check my New Moon Points balance and expiry? 

You can simply check your New Moon points by logging into your account on shop.newmoon.com.sg/login.

4.       What is the validity period of points issued?

All New Moon Points has maximum of 18 months validity and it is accumulated and expired by block of 4 months. For example, if your points being credited to your account between 1 Jan 2016 to 30 Apr 2016 and whole block of points accumulated during this period will expire on 30 Jun 2017.

5.      How can I redeem my New Moon Points? 

i.      To redeem discount off your next purchase,

a.      Redeem your New Moon shopping voucher shop.newmoon.com.sg/redemptionprodlist.

b.      The shopping voucher with discount code will be send to your registered email.

c.      Apply the discount code prior to check out.

 

ii.      To redeem product, simply go to shop.newmoon.com.sg/redemptionprodlist, add your selected product and checkout. The redemption vouchers will be emailed to you shortly.

 

6.       What should I do if I have problem redeeming my points using your system?

You may drop us an email eshop@newmoon.com.sg. We will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

7.       What are the products and services I can redeem for?

We have a variety of exciting loyalty offerings lined up for you.

8.       What happen if my points have expired?

Point must be redeemed within the specified validity period. There will not be any extension of the validity period for your New Moon Points.   

9.       I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my Rewards redemption. Can you help me cancel my redemption? 

There is no cancellation or change allowed on the Rewards redemption item once you have submitted your request.

10.   Can I transfer my New Moon Points to someone else? 

No, these New Moon Points are not transferrable. 

11.   When will my New Moon Points be credited to my account?

All New Moon Points will be credited to your account upon completion of delivery.

12.  What are the Terms and Conditions of New Moon Points?

·         Redemption is not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

·         New Moon reserves the right to substitute redemption with that of an equivalent or of higher value.

·         New Moon will not be held liable for any lost of redemption vouchers
